DISCUSSION ~ Two choices in this app, a short work break wellness one and a softer, longer general relaxation wellness one. After a few listens to them while following the soft spoken orators suggestions, I found that my peace and productivity at home and at work increased without any effort. I felt better too, right away, and that positive wellness effect lasted longer and longer every time I followed it and I became more productive and happier all day long, every day. RECOMMENDATION ~ I recently retired and continue to open and listen and follow this wellness exercise as part of my almost-daily mental health regime. This is the first app Ive used for guided meditation so I have nothing to compare it to. I enjoyed the calming effects.

Excellent guide for relaxation: very pleasant voice leading you through relaxation. As a background I prefer to choose "music", as it doesnt disturb to listen to the voice

Use it all the time

There is a seven minute relaxation and a 15 minute relaxation. I love the seven minute one because theres no excuse not to take time of your day and just chill. Her voice is very relaxing.

Ive used this app for years now almost every day. The seven minute mediation is perfect when you need a quick rejuvenation. My friends cant believe how refreshed I am after just a few minutes. Love it

I dont remember how long Ive been using this app but Im grateful to have found this app. I just downloaded as many meditation/stress relief apps out there to help me get through my days and initially I didnt think I would keep this for long and actually use it as often but its one of my top five go-tos now. Its pretty simple and useful and doesnt need fancy features or anything. I usually do the 13 minute stress relief with the stream option and it honestly helps me through though moments of anxiety, fear and panic, stress, and (I just did moments ago) to meditate on and relieve anger and frustration! Thank you creators and looking forward to updates!

I really like this app. After awhile I started to memorize what the lady says. But other than that its a great app.

I am a workaholic. Not easy for me to stop myself and take a break mentally, that "only 5 more minutes" turns into hours. Take a Break, helps me refocus. Short enough and a soothing voice to focus on, instead of focusing on what is or isnt happening. I am more productive after using the app.

I really like this app because it offers a short and sweet progressive session to help restore calm and breathing. Ive used this many times during the day, but also for those middle-of-the-night moments when I needed to turn my thoughts off. Every time Ive used it, I have left feeling much more relaxed and refocused (or unfocused at night) and I have been able to continue with my day in a better state of being.
